Clare Hart is executive vice president, Dow Jones & Company, and president, Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group, a principal business unit with $380 million of revenue. She is responsible for the Company's media portfolio serving businesses, including Dow Jones Newswires, Dow Jones Licensing Services, Dow Jones Indexes, Dow Jones Financial Information Services, Dow Jones Reprints and Permissions, as well as the Company's enterprise-facing joint ventures, Factiva and STOXX. From January 2000 to February 2006, Ms. Hart was president and chief executive officer of Factiva, where she drove the strategic vision for this award-winning and innovative business news and information company. During her tenure, Factiva grew to No. 1 in its industry from No. 3, reaching $281 million in annual revenue and serving more than 1.8 million business people at enterprises world-wide. Factiva recently was recognized with the 2005 Rogen Award for Business Excellence. In her current role, Ms. Hart will be the chairwoman of the Factiva board.

Mr. Bruce Richardson is responsible for building an integrated research product for the Company, including equities research on Chinese firms. Living and working in Asia for more than twenty years including a decade in China, Mr. Richardson has an in-depth understanding on the China market and has served in a number of private equity and equities analyst roles, including heading ABN AMRO Asia's Shanghai office, serving as head of research for WI Carr in Taipei and senior China financial analyst at the New York Fed. He was also a part of the graduate research in China's cost accounting systems under a grant from the US National Academy of Sciences, followed by five years with Arthur Andersen's New York tax practice. Mr. Richardson holds a BA in Classics, from the University of Notre Dame, and an MA in International Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. He speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Mark Benfield is responsible for the overall Market Data business in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region for ICAP* - the world's largest inter-dealer broker. He is based in the large ICAP operation in Sydney, Australia and reports directly to John Nixon, ICAP's Global Head of ICAP Market Data, based in New York. Prior to joining ICAP in 2004, Mark held a number of senior management positions in the Market Data Industry over the previous 10 years located in Asia.
