SIIA has announced a 2% dues increase for all members (including FISD members). The change was approved by the SIIA Board in January, and will go into effect on July 1, 2026. It will affect membership terms that begin on or after that date. (If your current term ends June 30, 2026 or later, the change will be in force for your next renewal.)
2026 FISD Executive Committee Election Results
FISD members voted to elect 15 of the 30 existing FISD Executive Committee seats for a two-year term ending on December 31, 2027. FISD is very pleased to welcome new Executive Committee members Charles Schwab, Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and TSX, Inc., as well as all returning members. Join Us in Singapore for AsiaFIC 2026
Registration is now open for AsiaFIC 2026, taking place May 20–22 in Singapore. AsiaFIC brings together the region’s financial information community for three days of panels, workshops, networking, vendor exhibits, and the popular Market Data Engineering Stream across multiple venues. Expected to be our largest event yet, capacity—especially on May 22—is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Employees of FISD consumer members attend free, and all other FISD members receive one complimentary delegate pass.
New FISD Attendance Policy
FISD is implementing a new attendance policy to ensure fairness and maximize member access to events, as not showing up at an event without a previous cancellation limits opportunities for others. Beginning in January 2026, members with three or more no-shows within a 12-month period will be provisionally blocked from registering for future events, so timely cancellation is strongly encouraged. Alternative Data Council Meeting
Join us at 10am ET on Feb 26 for the Alternative Data Council Tech Stream’s discussion on how alternative data is used in private equity and venture capital.
