Within the last six months, teams have been forced to change faster, and to a greater degree, than ever before—and there’s no signs of slowing down.
Leaders who want their teams to embrace change often encounter resistance because change—even a good, necessary change—feels like loss. And as humans, we hate loss more than we value gain.
In this webinar, we’ll explain the three stages of change, and why leaders tend to start at the beginning when they should really start at the end. Then, we identify the six different types of loss teams commonly experience when going through a change (whether that’s a desk move or a completely new process), and how leaders can address each loss. Participants will have an opportunity to work through a recent or upcoming change and workshop a response.
In addition, we’ll provide practical tools that leads can implement right away to improve team camaraderie when going through change.
