A large national bank is looking to hire, in mid-town NYC, a senior commercial and intellectual property law employee with expertise in the US Financial Services area. It involves drafting, negotiating, and giving legal advice in the US Broker-Dealer Electronic Trading Services space (with clients, other B/Ds, vendors, exchanges, and venues), index licensing (in- and out- licensing), NDAs, and other assorted agreements.
