Marcia Asano is the CEO at Hekima. As an expert on data scientist and big data, developed the career always defending and disseminating the use of data in companies and organizations. She has +20 years’ experience in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, DBM, CRM, Data Analytics, E-commerce, Digital Strategy, Social Analysis, Data Visualization, Digital Metrics and Data Quality. She consolidated Hekima as the most notable Artificial Intelligence company in Brazil, developing more than 100 projects in data science applying advanced technologies in AI for companies such as AMBEV, FIAT, Jeep, Saint-Gobain, Gerdau, Raizen, Embraer, Netshoes, Raizen, SOMOS Educação, Embratel, and others. Marcia created the first cooperative database Brazil’s consumers, Alphabase, with 74M unique consumers, representing 90% of Brazil’s GDP, with an estimated value of US$ 100M. Roberto Carbonell

Roberto Carbonell heads the Latin America Content Acquisition team helping Banks, Brokers and third party sources showcase their products by bringing OTC pricing in the Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives Markets as well as other content types to the Bloomberg Professional Services. The company’s core business, which provides market-leading data, analytics and news to more than 325,000 business and financial professionals globally.
Mr. Carbonell joined Bloomberg in 1997, as a sales representative for Sao Paulo and Lima, and has held several key sales positions including trading systems in Argentina, team leader for the Brazilian Buy-Side and Sell-Side, launching Bloomberg Launchpad and IB in Latam. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Mr. Carbonell worked as a financial analyst at Coca-Cola FEMSA. Mr. Carbonell received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from New England College in 1992.

Marcos Guirro

Debra has lived and worked on three continents, and has held senior executive positions across product,content, sales and marketing at Refinitiv and the Financial & Risk business division of Thomson Reuters since she joined the firm in 2003. She is also a board member of the Tradeweb Board of Managers.

Debra is a tireless advocate of gender equality and speaks globally on diversity and leadership as well as on the importance of ESG more broadly. Debra is an advisory board member at Springboard, a New York based
nonprofit that brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts to help women take their business plans to market.
Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, she was president and chief executive of Nucleus Inc., a technology start-up delivering enterprise solutions. Before that, she was the first female partner at Cantor Fitzgerald and a founding board member of the Cantor Financial Futures Exchange, the first electronic platform for trading U.S. Treasury
futures contracts.

Ms. Walton recently was awarded the Waters Women in Technology and Data 2018 Lifetime achievement award and in 2017 the Gertrude Crain Award from the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) for her
extraordinary record of achievement and service. In 2016 she was acknowledged as a Springboard Enterprises Oracle honoree, championing women entrepreneurship. In 2015, she was named a Woman of Vision by the Anita
Borg Institute, won the coveted Merit Award from the Women’s Bond Club, and earned a spot on the New York Business Journal’s inaugural “Women of Influence” list. She has also won the New York Women’s Agenda Galaxy
Award and the Women’s Venture Fund Highest Leaf Award.
