Yoshitaka Shinohara is a Serial Entrepreneur. He is currently the President of Vpon JAPAN and Vpon Holdings CSO.  Shinohara san developed the data business and its solutions in Vpon, and Wee Global Data Marketplace as evangelist.  He has developed many government sector and tourism board businesses such as: Japan National Tourism Administration(JNTO), the Osaka Tourism and Tourism Bureau (Osaka TB).  Shinohara san holds a Bachelor of Economics Management from the University of Gakushuin.
