Starting Wednesday, August 19, 2026, DataCT will kick off the transition to the new CT Plan and relaunch consolidatedtape.com as the central information source for the transition and ongoing administration.

The new CT Plan is expected to take effect April 1, 2027, replacing the legacy CTA and UTP Plans under a unified governance structure with a single Administrator, DataCT. The transition includes changes to the Plan, Policies, Agreements and Fee Schedule — not to the data feeds.

As part of the transition, all CTA and UTP Vendors and Subscribers will be required to sign new agreements by March 1, 2027. DataCT encourages participants to begin their legal review ahead of WFIC (Oct 11-14), where there will be additional opportunities to address questions and provide clarification.
