Devon Sharma is corporate counsel at Bloomberg L.P., where he has worked since 2013. At Bloomberg, Devon has specialized in financial regulatory matters, supporting Bloomberg’s electronic trading and post-trade services, and more recently, in emerging global regulation around information security, data localization and data governance. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Devon worked in the mergers and acquisitions practice at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
