With more than 30 years of experience in the financial market, Maria Eugênia Cauduro Cruz has worked at Reuters (LSEG) and Dow Jones Newswires and Indices, in addition to investing in real estate. She is currently the CEO of Taura, a company that provides training and consultancy services and represents companies in the financial market in Latin America. She also works with FISD, organizing, mediating, and serving as the master of ceremonies for the international FISD/SIIA Latin America event since 2010.

Maria holds a Master’s degree from EAESP/FGV and graduated in Social Communication with an emphasis on Marketing from ESPM. She has participated in several courses in Brazil, the United States, Canada, and China, focusing on financial information and international business, as well as national and international conferences in the financial and business sectors. She teaches courses in Market Data, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and the internationalization of companies. She is the co-author of the books Manual de Negociações and Masterstroke: The 48 Most Powerful Negotiation Tactics.”
