Matthew Fuchs
EVP, OTC Markets
Matthew Fuchs is an Executive Vice President leading the product development, distribution and sales of market data at OTC Markets Group. He is responsible for overseeing the launch of new products and enhancements to existing market data tools that help financial institutions more efficiently trade and analyze OTCQX, OTCQB, Pink and Grey Market securities. Continual enhancements and improvements to our products led to OTC Markets Compliance Data File being recognized for Best-Real Time Market Data Initiative at the 2016 Inside Market Data/Inside Reference Data Awards. Matt often comments and speaks on issues regarding market data and compliance for the over-the-counter equity markets, and frequently publishes on the OTC Markets Blog. Prior to joining OTC Markets Group, he served in a number of financial technology roles at the National Research Exchange, Bearing Point and Arthur Andersen. Matt received a BA from Columbia University.

David George-Cosh is a reporter at BNN Bloomberg with a focus on the cannabis industry. He came to BNN Bloomberg after six-years as a Canadian correspondent for The Wall Street Journal.
He reported on Canada’s technology industry — with exclusive stories on Sidewalk Labs and BlackBerry — and some of the country’s leading startups. He also reported on financial markets, including currencies and fixed-income, as well as the rail, aerospace, mining, and financial service sectors.
Prior to his time at the WSJ, he was a business journalist covering the Middle East’s growing technology and telecommunications industry at The National, an English-language paper in the UAE. He has also reported on various business topics at the Financial Post, Globe and Mail.
Sean McNulty
CEO and Portfolio Manager, XIB Asset Management
Sean McNulty is CEO and Portfolio Manger of XIB Asset Management, a holding company for Toronto-based capital markets consulting and advisory firms with a specialized focus on the globally emerging cannabis sector. He has been an active investor, advisor, and business developer in the sector having worked with many of the industry’s most prominent companies. Sean has previously completed extensive M&A advisory work with Canopy Growth Corporation and was one of the founding members of Canopy Rivers Corporation.
Jonathan Rubin
CEO, New Leaf Data Services, LLC
He co-founded and launched New Leaf Data Services, LLC and its Cannabis Benchmarks® division in February 2015 to bring transparency and efficiency to cultivators, dispensaries, investors, traders and other cannabis market participants through validated, standardized benchmark price assessments.

Over the past decade, Jonathan directed the turn-around of the energy commodity analytics business acquired by S&P Global Platts from The Financial Times; provided due diligence on the acquisition of a globally recognized commodity information service valued at $1.5 billion; and co-launched The Petrochemical Standard, a commodity price reporting agency serving traders of petrochemical futures, which was acquired by a subsidiary of the Daily Mail and General Trust.
He began his career as a System Planning Engineer at Southern California Edison Company where he led a variety of electric system planning initiatives. Following his tenure at Edison, he spent more than a decade as a management consulting advising diversified energy clients on improving their strategic position, operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Jonathan earned an M.S. in Energy Management & Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, a Diplôme d’Ingénieur in Energy Economics & Management from the French Institute of Petroleum, and a B.A. in Biological Science from Rutgers College.
