Sara Banerjee
Managing Director, Prosparency LLC
Sara Banerjee is Managing Director with Prosparency. She previously served in Global Data Acquisition with SIX Financial Information Ltd in Zurich, Switzerland. Sara joined SIX Telekurs USA in Stamford, CT in 1989, and has held various positions within the company.
In her current position, she is responsible for global data acquisition, management of supplier portfolio and relationship. In this role, she manages best practices for acquisition and implementation of market and reference data from dozens of global exchanges and third party contributors. Sara is additionally responsible for various strategic initiatives and projects.
Sara is actively involved with various industry initiatives, and works with groups such as the X9D (ANSI Standards) committee and ISO standards working groups (WG 1, WG 2, WG 6 and WG 14). She also serves as co-chair of the vendor committee for the International Securities Association for Institutional Trade (ISITC). She is active in various divisions of the Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).
In addition to her other industry activities, Sara has served in a number of leadership roles with the Financial Information Industry Services Division of the SIIA (FISD). She has served on several FISD committees since joining the group in 1994, and was elected chair of the Executive Committee in 2001, 2002 and 2006, and vice-chair in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011. She currently serves on the Executive Committee, co-chair of the Data Vendor Constituency Group and is co-chair of the biennial World Financial Information Conference.
Sara was born in Hyderabad, India, where she earned a master’s degree in organizational behavior from Osmania University. After moving to the United States, she earned a masters degree in human resource management from University of Bridgeport, CT.
Scott Cooper
FISD Asia-Pac Regional Representative & Partner, Saquish Partners
Scott spent seven years as the Asia Pacific Global Banking & Financial Markets (GB&FM) Marketing Lead with BT. Scott has been involved representing GB&FM in Prosperity marketing initiatives and interventions and also has responsibilities for APAC Marketing activities for GB&FM Propositions such as BT Unified Trading, BT Radianz and Payments. The objective is to develop BT’s presence for the entire portfolio of core and GB&FM services with financial institutions in the region supporting Steve Rathborne and the APAC GB&FM teams. Scott joined BT as part of the Radianz acquisition in March 2005. He expanded Radianz’s footprint to include Developing Markets such as Korea, Taiwan, China, India UAE and Russia as part of BT Radianz’s infrastructure and cross-border trading strategy to provide secure, reliable and scalable connectivity to the financial community. Prior to joining BT Scott was APAC Deputy Managing Director at Moneyline Telerate, a Market Data vendor that was acquired by Reuters. He also had other key roles in market data and network services. During his career Scott has become familiar with Over-The-Counter (OTC) products such as FX, Fixed Income, Credit Derivatives, etc. where the trading does not take place on an exchange but through money brokers as well as exchange-traded financial products including fixed income, derivatives and commodities. Scott is a member of the Society of Technical Analysts and the FIX Protocol Limited industry groups. He is also versed in regulatory and network service provision issues. Scott has lived in Hong Kong and Singapore for over 25 years and currently resides in Singapore.
Nick Merritt
Program Director, FISD
Nick joined FISD in May 2007 and works with members focused on anti-piracy of market data, data provider contract licenses and policies as well as communication among participants in the market data industry. In addition, he serves as the primary point of contact for the Data Vendor Constituent Group and the Index Forum Group. Prior to joining FISD Nick was employed with the American Bankers Association from 2002-2007 and with The NASDAQ Stock Market from 1987 – 2001 where he served as Senior Director Issuer Services. Nick holds a BA from The University of Mississippi and an MBA from The George Washington University.
Glenn E. Momberger

Glenn Momberger is Senior Director of Market Data Services with Nasdaq. Glenn previously served as Vice President of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. Glenn earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Masters of Science in Finance from Loyola University of Maryland.
Himanshu Sadana
Director, Pricing & Reference Service, Refinitiv
Himanshu has been with Refinitiv( formerly Thomson Reuters, Reuters) for over 15 years and has held various roles in the Market Data eco-system. In his current role, he leads a global team of Pricing & Reference Data/Product Specialists and works with Refinitiv’ s top tier buy side consumers to help execute their market data workflow solutions, involving data feed products. His Market Data journey started in Bangalore India, and over the years he has lived in London and now based out of New York. Over the years, Himanshu has led global Market Data Operations, global Process Excellence, Data Quality as well as global Supplier( Exchange) Management Functions for Refinitiv. He is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and specializes in building and running global Market Data Functions.
