This discussion will address the important aspects of communication and project management that occur among participants in our industry. Members of the FISD’s Service Level and Communications Working Group will provide insight on the Group’s Best Practices document and highlight the suggested recommendations that help streamline and minimize the tasks and challenges that appear in the normal course of business.
