Burr Eckstut is Co-Chair of the Fintech Initiative at the law firm Covington & Burling. Burr’s practice is focused on negotiating data and technology agreements in financial services, and he has particular experience in market data licensing, platform and infrastructure partnerships, index collaborations, technology to support market trading operations, and digital assets.
