Ferdie Daanen started with Morningstar in 2018 and is responsible for large accounts and business development in The Netherlands.
Ferdie started his career at KAS BANK in 2007 before working with agency broker Neonet Securities, and Thomson Reuters. Having seen both parts of the picture, 8 years as a consumer and now 4 years as a vendor of market data, Ferdie is intrigued with the dynamics around buying and selling market data and the realisation that market data is not an efficient market.
