Nazia is Sr. Director leading the Commercial Banking Transformation Program at RBC. She has valuable experience in Enterprise-wide programs in strategy and architecture roles – building approaches and roadmaps for Digital Transformation. She started off her career as a software developer and rapidly moved into the Architecture career path focusing on solution design, data and business architecture. She enjoys challenging the status quo, thinking outside the box and leveraging technology to reimagine the way we do things.
