Paul has been Head of Real Time Technology for the EMEA region since April 2014. Prior to that he was Head of Enterprise Technology Account Management at Bloomberg, also for the EMEA region. Before joining Bloomberg Paul held roles at RBC Capital Markets, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, covering 20 years in the capital markets.
