Marco Angheben
Head of Business Development & Regulatory Affairs, European DataWarehouse GmbH
Marco joined European DataWarehouse GmbH (EDW) as Head of Business Development in January 2013. EDW was created by a diverse set of shareholders in June 2012 as a result of the European Central Bank (ECB) ABS Loan-level Data Initiative. EDW is a repository were institutions upload their data and documentation in a trusted environment for public and private ABS, ACC, NPL, and whole loan portfolios. Institutional data users such as investors can access information, loan level data, and documentation in a systematic manner via web, cloud, SFTP, or API. EDW operates as a utility providing a range of products and services.
Previously, Marco coordinated with a team of advisors the implementation of the ECB ABS Loan-level Initiative at LCM Partners. Marco also worked as a Director at the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME). He holds a degree in Economics at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice.
Richard F. Clements
Founder & CEO, VendEx Solutions
Richard F. Clements is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of VendEx Solutions. He is a seasoned bilingual global financial services executive with a proven track record of leveraging deep industry relationships to successfully create and launch new products into complex and sophisticated markets. Prior to VendEx, Richard founded ISN, a capital markets and fintech consulting company. He has also held senior positions at Bloomberg, as Global Head of Market Transparency; and at Thomson Reuters, as Global Head of Valuation Risk and where he was the Global Head of the Credit Crisis Team. Richard was the founder of Global Liquid Markets, a short duration trading system. Richard has been at the forefront of financial technology implementation designing and implementing trading, big data and analytics systems. Richard has a Bachelor’s in English from the University of San Francisco.
Matthew Fuchs
EVP, OTC Markets
Matthew Fuchs is an Executive Vice President leading the product development, distribution and sales of market data at OTC Markets Group. He is responsible for overseeing the launch of new products and enhancements to existing market data tools that help financial institutions more efficiently trade and analyze OTCQX, OTCQB, Pink and Grey Market securities. Continual enhancements and improvements to our products led to OTC Markets Compliance Data File being recognized for Best-Real Time Market Data Initiative at the 2016 Inside Market Data/Inside Reference Data Awards. Matt often comments and speaks on issues regarding market data and compliance for the over-the-counter equity markets, and frequently publishes on the OTC Markets Blog. Prior to joining OTC Markets Group, he served in a number of financial technology roles at the National Research Exchange, Bearing Point and Arthur Andersen. Matt received a BA from Columbia University.
Fausto Marseglia
Head of Product Management FRTB and Regulatory Propositions, Refinitiv
Fausto Marseglia works at Refinitiv and leads the project management function for a number of regulatory propositions including the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) regulation. He is responsible for defining and building new and innovative business propositions around financial regulation and compliance.
Fausto joined Thomson Reuters in January 2002 as Head of Reuters Consulting Italy/Greece. Since then he has covered different regional and global roles in the Consulting, Professional Services, and Industry Solutions functions, where he was in charge of defining and executing new business initiatives in several strategic sectors, including Risk, Regulatory Compliance, and Asset & Investment Management.
Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Fausto was the head of the TIBCO Finance Technology Inc (TFTI) branch in Italy.
Fausto has a degree in Computer Science, he has two children, and he likes skiing, running, biking, and more importantly, enjoying spending time with his children.
