Lauren Dillard
Executive Vice President, Head of Investment Intelligence , Nasdaq
Lauren Dillard is Executive Vice President, Head of Investment Intelligence for Nasdaq. Dillard oversees strategic growth initiatives for data, analytics and index divisions at Nasdaq. Under her guidance, the team is expanding beyond traditional segments of market data and indexes, through extension of the Investment Data and Analytics business. This includes new services to buy side advisors and institutions through customized insights, as well as alternative data.
Dillard also drives global market access for millions of investors through expanded relationships with asset managers, and retail and institutional brokers in the U.S., Asia and other regions.
Before joining Nasdaq, Dillard served as Head of the Investment Solutions unit at The Carlyle Group, where she managed more than $40 billion in assets and 200 professionals across offices in six countries. Dillard was a member of Carlyle’s transaction team, and previously served as COO and CFO of Carlyle’s Investment Solutions.
Prior to joining The Carlyle Group in 2002, Dillard served in the tax practice of Arthur Andersen.
She currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of SL Green Realty Corp.
Dillard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
Margaret Niche
Head of ICE Global Network, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE)
Margaret Niche is currently the Head of the ICE Global Network for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of mortgage technology, data and listings services. ICE is the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
In her role, Niche manages customer facing product offerings and new product development for the ICE Global Network that offers unique content, delivery and execution services through an ultra-secure, highly resilient network. The ICE Global Network provides access to over 150 global markets including proprietary data from NYSE and ICE Exchanges and ICE Data Services, utilizing low latency fiber and wireless connectivity.
Previously, Niche was the Chief Administrative Officer for NYSE Technologies Connectivity, a division of the NYSE that served as the entrepreneurial technology arm of the NYSE until its acquisition by ICE in 2014. Niche joined the NYSE by way of its acquisition of NYFIX, Inc. Prior to joining NYFIX, Niche also served in various positions at RSL Communications, GTE Corporation and Contel Communications, all firms in the telecommunications industry.
Niche began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP, where she was an Audit Manager specializing in the Electric, Gas and Telecommunications industry groups. Niche holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Krystle Rudzinski
Vice President, Index & Data Solutions, BlackRock
Krystle Rudzinski, Vice President, leads the rights management function within the Index & Data Solutions Group at BlackRock. Krystle recently joined Blackrock from S&P where she was an Associate Director of Rights Management. Before S&P, Krystle was Data Licensing Manager at Jordan & Jordan, where she assisted clients with negotiating data license agreements, advised clients on data licensing and usage compliance issues and provided assistance to clients during exchange and vendor audits. Krystle has a Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America and Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and is admitted to the New York and Connecticut State Bars.
Sarah Ryerson
President, TMX Datalinx, TMX Group
Sarah Ryerson is President of TMX Datalinx, responsible for leading the growth of TMX Datalinx, the information services division of TMX Group which provides a broad spectrum of real-time and historical data solutions to clients around the world.
A dynamic leader with an innovative, client-centric mindset and proven track record, Sarah brings extensive experience in building effective, high- performance teams and executing successful growth strategies. She will lead the TMX Datalinx business; engaging stakeholders from across the industry to find innovative ways to address the diverse needs of the evolving marketplace.
She has held leadership roles in sales and business strategy in Canada and the United States. Most recently, she served as Head of Industry, Financial Services and was responsible for driving revenue growth and innovation in the Canadian banking and insurance sector.
Sarah Ryerson joins TMX from Google; prior to that she designed and implemented business strategies for private and public sector clients across a wide range of industries while at McKinsey & Company. She is a graduate of Princeton University and she has an MBA in Strategic Management from Wharton Business School.
Tracey Shumpert
Vice President of Membership and Programs, FISD
Tracey Shumpert is Vice President of Membership and Progams at FISD, where she seeks to constantly improve the FISD member experience and to broaden the FISD community. She is the program manger for the World Financial Information Conference, the Alternative Data Council, Lunch & Learn and Women’s Group activities.
Prior to FISD Tracey was senior events manager at FIX Trading Community and before that, she held various roles at Bloomberg. Tracey holds a BA in Comparative Literature at Smith College and an MA in English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University.
Debra Walton
Chief Revenue Officer, Refinitiv
Debra leads all sales, client and partner relationship management and market development activities for Refinitiv. Her global team operating in 65 countries brings the entire range of Refinitiv solutions to meet the data analytics and workflow needs of our customers. She is a member of Refinitiv’s Executive Leadership Team and Executive Sponsor of the Women’s Network.
Debra has lived and worked on three continents, and has held senior executive positions across product,content, sales and marketing at Refinitiv and the Financial & Risk business division of Thomson Reuters since she joined the firm in 2003. She is also a board member of the Tradeweb Board of Managers.
Debra is a tireless advocate of gender equality and speaks globally on diversity and leadership as well as on the importance of ESG more broadly. Debra is an advisory board member at Springboard, a New York based
nonprofit that brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts to help women take their business plans to market.
Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, she was president and chief executive of Nucleus Inc., a technology start-up delivering enterprise solutions. Before that, she was the first female partner at Cantor Fitzgerald and a founding board member of the Cantor Financial Futures Exchange, the first electronic platform for trading U.S. Treasury
futures contracts.
Ms. Walton recently was awarded the Waters Women in Technology and Data 2018 Lifetime achievement award and in 2017 the Gertrude Crain Award from the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) for her
extraordinary record of achievement and service. In 2016 she was acknowledged as a Springboard Enterprises Oracle honoree, championing women entrepreneurship. In 2015, she was named a Woman of Vision by the Anita
Borg Institute, won the coveted Merit Award from the Women’s Bond Club, and earned a spot on the New York Business Journal’s inaugural “Women of Influence” list. She has also won the New York Women’s Agenda Galaxy
Award and the Women’s Venture Fund Highest Leaf Award.
An avid golfer and sailor, Ms. Walton lives in New York with her husband.
