Vice President – Market Data

Teresa Bowie has worked in the market data industry for over 25 years and is currently a Vice President of Market Data at OTC Markets Group. She is responsible for all market data licensing and contracting for real-time, reference data, valuation pricing, and compliance data products. In addition, Teresa leads the market data audit program overseeing the contractual compliance of customer agreements. Teresa has been an active member of the FISD since 2008, serving as Co-Chair of the Exchange Committee Group (2008-present). She is also a past Executive Committee member (2011-2013, 2018-2020), and has meaningfully contributed to numerous sub-committees such as BIPPS and BIAC. Teresa was an early adopter of the FIA Certification and was one of the first to achieve this recognition. Prior to joining the OTC Markets Group, she served in a number of market data roles at Refinitiv (Thomson Reuters) and Citigroup (Salomon Smith Barney). Teresa brings a unique perspective to the FISD community as she has been a member of all three constituency communities (consumer, vendor, and exchange).
